We hosted our Employee Wellness Day on Friday, 26 July. Nedbank Stanger, Sizwe, Stratum Benefits, Sanlam, Bay Union, Infinitous Wealth and Dr Zemfundo Portia Malevu Radiology Incorporated were present to give advice and offer support to all employees. Lancet Laboratories Stanger provided free basic medical testing, KPH occupational therapist Sandhia Nair, presented a stress management in the workplace interactive class, Spec Savers Stanger provided free eye-screening, Empact Catering Group provided free fruit salads and I Move Fitness Stanger encouraged everyone to choose a healthy lifestyle by joining their gym and offering an interactive Zumba class during lunch.
